Field Stripping Your Glock

FS2.JPG (45217 bytes) 1.  Make sure that your firearm isn't loaded.
  2.  Point the pistol in a safe direction and pull the trigger.
FS1.JPG (41594 bytes) 3.  Hold the firearm as shown and hold the slide back 1/10 inch
fs3.JPG (41576 bytes) 4.  Simultaneously, pull down the slide lock on both sides of the weapon.
fs4.JPG (42039 bytes) 5.  Push the slide forward until is is fully separated from the receiver.
fs5.JPG (40032 bytes) 6.  Push the recoil spring slightly forward and lift it away from the barrel.
fs6.JPG (41016 bytes) 7.  Remove the barrel.
