The handle of the Ka-Bar knife is made from Kraton G brown leather that is non-slip and is amazing in wet weather. The Ka-Bar butt cap is polished aluminum. Stainless-steel is used to construct the strong Ka-Bar blade that won't corrode and is wear resistant. An epoxy powder coat on the Ka-Bar blade protects from rusting and scratching.
