Very comfortable. It easily conceals my Kel-Tec P3AT underneath jeans, slacks, khakis or dress pants. Does have a little bit of a tendency to slip down during the day, but nothing major. Easy enough to snug it up while sitting at a desk or in the restroom, etc., so as to not break concealment. Have had it on while engaged in moderate physical activity (frisbee during breaks at work, so some quick running, occasional jumping, etc.) and it has held up great, the gun stayed tightly in place.
