This has been one of my favorite upgrades for my G20. The pistol shoots much nicer, the added weight of the rod reduces muzzle flip, and felt recoil. Also the pistol has a much more solid feel when shooting. I highly recommend this product.

stainless steel captive guide rod for glock

The rod works great the weight of the rod helps with over all shoot styles. However the bushings dont last the spring pressure cuts into the bushing. Also its been very hard to order the bushings from the company (T.H.E) they never answer the phone. Im stuck with no working rod and had to replace with the factor guide/rod.
