Noticeable change in the recoil of my G17. Only items to be concerned with, is that at times putting the spring back in it''s place can be a pain.

I thought when I put this in my glock 22 it would help with the recoil like it sayed it would. It made alittle diffrence but not very much. I also had problems with jaming, I got diffrent springs to try and make it work. I have not got the springs but I will let everyone know if it works better. If anyone else has this problem please let me know.
