For maximum speed after a magazine re-load, you should get
the extended version. (Item# 7496, 7489)

RELEASE
This leverage enhancing extended magazine release helps any
shooter perform quickly with out having to re-grip or lose your
point of aim while performing a magazine change. Made from a
Glock factory part (that has been modified by T.H.E.
Accessories) with a CNC precision made aluminum extension. Drop
in part. Easy to install by yourself.
EXTENDED SLIDE RELEASE
LEVER
The extended slide release lever allows both right-handed
shooters (using the thumb) and left-handed shooters (using the
trigger finger) to do a magazine change in a fraction of a
second with your weak hand and reload your chamber using only
your shooting hand. This allows for you to stay on target and
not have to re-grip your pistol.
